This production process is both sustainable and scalable, making it a cost-effective alternative to other Titanium powder production technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Our powders are being used effectively in diverse medical, aerospace, and industrial applications.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"subheading-new col-blk mar-tp-40\">Hydride-Dehydride (HDH) Titanium Powder Processing<\/h2>\n<p class=\"mar-tp-0\">Our Hydride-Dehydride (HDH) process leverages the brittle nature of metal hydrides, which are milled, classified, and processed to achieve precise particle size distributions (PSD) and desired morphologies, including angular, equiaxed, and sponge-like structures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mar-tp-0\">Following sizing, hydrogen is removed through controlled vacuum and heat treatment to produce finished powders with excellent flowability, purity, and performance characteristics.
