Technical Proficiency:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Lead and scale Kymera\u2019s global water filtration business with full P&L ownership, with a focus on aggressive growth (3-4x EBITDA) through commercial expansion, new market entry, and M&A;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Define and execute the global growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Expand the business internationally, with priority focus on Europe, Asia, and other regions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build and manage a cross-functional team, including direct reports in sales (US and Europe), applications engineering, and R&D, with dotted-line influence over global sales and marketing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive financial performance, operational efficiency and monthly business reviews;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Champion downstream solutions, new product offerings, and creative business models (e.g., cartridges, service models, OEM partnerships);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead global go-to-market strategies and develop strategic customer, OEM, and channel partnerships;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop and implement IP and trade secret strategies to protect and differentiate Kymera\u2019s technology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Navigate global manufacturing and supply chain complexity across the US and Europe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Own global regulatory strategy, product qualification, and certification processes across regions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Translate customer and market insights into innovation priorities, pilot programs, and commercialization roadmaps;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Act as Kymera\u2019s executive representative to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Report progress, performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and governance bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
